📢 About the Role :

This role is designed for someone who can help transform Rise Up's product capabilities, learning
expertise and market insights into clear messaging, effective go-to-market materials and practical
sales enablement assets.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success,
Implementation and Partnerships to help Rise Up better position its platform, support product launches,
strengthen competitive intelligence and equip internal teams with high-quality content.

About the Expert Team :

  • A center of excellence focused on product value, learning market expertise, customer use cases and commercial enablement.

  • Cross-functional work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Implementation and Partnerships.

  • Clear messaging, go-to-market materials and sales enablement assets for the Rise Up platform.

  • Part of the Expert Team contributing to product, commercial and learning expertise.


🎯 Your responsibilities :

The PMM contributes to product positioning, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence and cross- team content.

  • Support the creation and improvement of product positioning and messaging.

  • Translate product features into clear customer benefits and business value.

  • Build product one-pagers, sales enablement assets, FAQs, battlecards and product sheets.

  • Support go-to-market planning for product launches, new features, integrations and strategic offers.

  • Create launch briefs, internal enablement materials and customer-facing product updates.

  • Monitor competitors and market trends in LMS, LXP, HR tech, EdTech and AI for learning.

  • Contribute to competitive battlecards, comparison grids and market summaries.

  • Support Sales and Account Management with product messaging, objection handling and RFP content.

  • Work with Product teams to understand roadmap, features and product value.

  • Work with Marketing to create product-led content, website copy, webinars and campaign messaging.

  • Capture customer insights, use cases and proof points with Customer Success and Implementation teams.

  • Support partner and integration messaging.

  • Contribute to the Expert Team's knowledge base, frameworks and reusable assets

Profil recherché


đź’ˇ What we are looking for :

👉 Required

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Strategy or a similar role.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or a technology company.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.

  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into simple and compelling messages.

  • Good understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles.

  • Experience creating product content, sales materials or launch assets.

  • Ability to research competitors and synthesize market insights.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing and customer-facing teams.

  • Fluent English.

👉 Nice to have

  • Experience in HR tech, EdTech, LMS, LXP or corporate learning.

  • Experience creating sales enablement materials.

  • Experience supporting product launches.

  • Experience with competitive intelligence.

  • Experience with RFPs or enterprise sales cycles.

  • French language skills.

  • Experience in an international SaaS environment.

  • Flexibility to travel when needed.
