This role is designed for someone who can help transform Rise Up's product capabilities, learning
expertise and market insights into clear messaging, effective go-to-market materials and practical
sales enablement assets.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success,
Implementation and Partnerships to help Rise Up better position its platform, support product launches,
strengthen competitive intelligence and equip internal teams with high-quality content.

Cross-functional work with Product, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Implementation and Partnerships.
Clear messaging, go-to-market materials and sales enablement assets for the Rise Up platform.
Part of the Expert Team contributing to product, commercial and learning expertise.
🎯 Your responsibilities :
The PMM contributes to product positioning, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence and cross- team content.
Support the creation and improvement of product positioning and messaging.
Translate product features into clear customer benefits and business value.
Build product one-pagers, sales enablement assets, FAQs, battlecards and product sheets.
Support go-to-market planning for product launches, new features, integrations and strategic offers.
Create launch briefs, internal enablement materials and customer-facing product updates.
Monitor competitors and market trends in LMS, LXP, HR tech, EdTech and AI for learning.
Contribute to competitive battlecards, comparison grids and market summaries.
Support Sales and Account Management with product messaging, objection handling and RFP content.
Work with Product teams to understand roadmap, features and product value.
Work with Marketing to create product-led content, website copy, webinars and campaign messaging.
Capture customer insights, use cases and proof points with Customer Success and Implementation teams.
Support partner and integration messaging.
Contribute to the Expert Team's knowledge base, frameworks and reusable assets
